   SMCME Investment and Development Joint Stock Company We would like to express our sincere thanks to our customers and partners who have trusted, cooperated, supported and worked with us over the past time.

First established in 2005 under the name of Tam Lap Trading and Technical Company Limited, then in 2014 under the name of Hoa Binh Trading and Technical Investment Joint Stock Company, along with international integration, the development of industry and construction in Vietnam, we have promptly seized the opportunity to develop the electromechanical field and become a professional contractor, with a lot of experience in the fields of consulting, designing, supplying, and installing complete electromechanical systems for hotels, office buildings, luxury apartments, factories and production lines, electrical construction, and import and export of materials and equipment.

After 18 years of formation and development, we took a new step forward with the decision to expand our business field and officially change the company name to SMCME Investment and Development Joint Stock Company Since March 2024, marking a new development step.

Currently, our core business is the complete package of Mechanical and Electrical Systems. In addition, we have expanded into the fields of investment, construction of infrastructure, transportation and irrigation. We also provide investment promotion services, technology transfer, and trade for the industrial and civil sectors, including:

• Consulting, designing, and constructing complete M&E systems for urban area projects, industrial factories, hotels, office buildings, luxury apartments, commercial centers, and resorts.
• Trading in machinery and equipment for thermal power plants, oil refineries and other industrial plants.
• Investment & construction of infrastructure, transportation, irrigation, industrial factories.
• Investment promotion; Business combination; M&A consulting.
• Developing supporting services for Industrial Parks & Logistics.
